This Privacy Policy applies to the Furnish Insights mobile application and related services operated by FLAVA PEPPER LTD (the “Service Provider”).

What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. FLAVA PEPPER LTD does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Furnish Insights does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because Furnish Insights does not collect personal information through normal use, FLAVA PEPPER LTD does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Furnish Insights does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain server-side personal libraries for ordinary use.
If favorites, reading history, saved materials, style preferences, saved references, comparison choices, or similar functional information is stored locally on your device by the Application, it remains on the device and is not received or retained by FLAVA PEPPER LTD on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact FLAVA PEPPER LTD outside normal application use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Furnish Insights stores favorites, saved materials, style preferences, reading history, saved references, comparison choices, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using any available in-app deletion or clear-data controls, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to FLAVA PEPPER LTD outside normal application use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@flavapepper.space.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. FLAVA PEPPER LTD does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Furnish Insights does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through FLAVA PEPPER LTD systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.

FLAVA PEPPER LTD may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.
